Sprint Store at 1100 Lake Street #100b, Oak Park, Illinois.

We transferred from another company to sprint. And according to the promotion they should pay off my old phone. But the representative rejected us when we went to the store. They said only the original store which took out transfer was able to pay off the old phone. So we had to drive all the back to Evanston to do this. And the Evanston people was very nice. They told us that because there was no profit to do the pay-off thing, do lots of people didn’t want to do it.
Anyway, I can take NO, but I cannot take the liars. And because of the lazy guys, it cost me whole day to do this which should be done in front of my door!
